Béatrice et Pascal Lambert

Les Terrasses Chinon Cabernet Franc

A rich, robust cab franc: raspberries, cherries, iron, graphite, purple flowers and funk. Tiniest hint of green/veg note. If you eschew "greener," lithe Chinons, look no further. — a month ago

Château de Sales

Héritiers de Lambert Pomerol Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

A bit spicy but so fire with escargot as an app. Had my last glass with the scallops also 😋 — 9 days ago

Napa Valley Chardonnay

Good value from Wegmans. Reminds me of some sort of rum, both in aroma and flavor. Very pleasant. — 7 days ago

Brézé Clos de La Rue Saumur Chenin 2016

Première expérience avec le producteur. Expression du chenin sur l'acidité et la fraîcheur. La structure y est également. Un vin complet et profond. Cher, mais très bon. — a month ago

Château Féret-Lambert

Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

Expected purple-black without variance. Ripe plums and rich prunes dance the dance of dawn and dusk. Dried blackberry and red currant trace their steps. Clean waters flow and blueberry and elderberry emerge. Even bacon fat. This is plump Bordeaux. Graphite washes thinly, revealing black currant and lingonberry fleetingly before settling on dried lavender and dried mallow blossom and briny violet. True to the rue. Tart cherries peek through windows in the rain-slicked, cobbled alley. Cranberry skin. #Bordeaux #chateauFéretLambert #Grézillac #BordeauxRouge #FrenchWine #wine #redwine #bordeauxsupérieur #merlotblend — a month ago
