These Indigeno wines are very much of the kombucha category, but with a deeply interesting aromatic profile - a complex dirty version of wines for the people. The sparkling (called βgasβ) Rosato is at first a stinky fella of hard boiled eggs which blew off after a day. Under that blanket are musky raspberries and a sour vinegar finish. Not quite the depth of the white, and on the cusp of overpriced, but Iβd still buy if you can find a deal.

Super juicy. Pinot Grigio. Clean and crisp not our Kombucha type - skin contact! Tannic and quite tart but man is this great stuff. Small pears the ones which used to grow on old forgotten trees. Touch Strawberries. π Watermelon. It is incredible hard to spit this wine. A class on its own. β 6 months ago
