These Indigeno wines are very much of the kombucha category, but with a deeply interesting aromatic profile - a complex dirty version of wines for the people. The sparkling (called “gas”) Rosato is at first a stinky fella of hard boiled eggs which blew off after a day. Under that blanket are musky raspberries and a sour vinegar finish. Not quite the depth of the white, and on the cusp of overpriced, but I’d still buy if you can find a deal.
P.S. let’s support our Italian friends right now.

Mar 15th, 2020Took a while to come around to this one. Pretty wild and unbalanced when first opened but most of that blew off after the first hour. High levels of VA but I don’t mind that very much personally.
