Super juicy. Pinot Grigio. Clean and crisp not our Kombucha type - skin contact! Tannic and quite tart but man is this great stuff. Small pears the ones which used to grow on old forgotten trees. Tangy, zippy, crisp, zap! Sparkling spring water with a tiny buzz. Hard to believe this can get me tipsy. Feels like drinking kombucha. I feel healthy AF drinking it! Hopefully good for my gut! Yeah! — 3 years ago

These Indigeno wines are very much of the kombucha category, but with a deeply interesting aromatic profile - a complex dirty version of wines for the people. The sparkling (called “gas”) Rosato is at first a stinky fella of hard boiled eggs which blew off after a day. Under that blanket are musky raspberries and a sour vinegar finish. Not quite the depth of the white, and on the cusp of overpriced, but I’d still buy if you can find a deal.
