These Indigeno wines are very much of the kombucha category, but with a deeply interesting aromatic profile - a complex dirty version of wines for the people. The sparkling (called “gas”) Rosato is at first a stinky fella of hard boiled eggs which blew off after a day. Under that blanket are musky raspberries and a sour vinegar finish. Not quite the depth of the white, and on the cusp of overpriced, but I’d still buy if you can find a deal.

One of my faves. S likes the Booch Craft Grapefruit Hibiscus more than this one. [6% alcohol] — 4 years ago
Basically funky af, reminds me of hard kombucha or wild ale — 4 years ago

Nice tartness. Couldn't taste the stevia like I could in the Black Cherry flavor. New favorite for me! [4.5% alcohol] — 4 years ago
[DZ] Yummmm. Definitely buying these again. — 4 years ago

Tangy, zippy, crisp, zap! Sparkling spring water with a tiny buzz. Hard to believe this can get me tipsy. Feels like drinking kombucha. I feel healthy AF drinking it! Hopefully good for my gut! Yeah! — 2 years ago
