Rouge - not as cool as the blanc. Delicate, ethereal, mild, and gently sweet. Koji, raisin, cranberry, and toast. — 2 years ago

A Chardonnay blend of 2016 and 2017 vintage. Barrel aged 2016 reserve wine provides ample structure with toasty vanilla aromas where as the fresh 2017 wine gives fresh citrus and green fruit notes. — 5 years ago

Very pretty and on the delicate side. Packaging nails the tasting notes with cucumber, green tea, and melon rind, though I also get the banana that many tasters mention. From a small brewery, and a prefecture known for its pristine water sources. Pair with Kumamoto oysters or scallop sashimi. Environmentally sustainable, energy efficient brewery. Alcohol stands out to me at 15.5%. — 6 months ago
