Pale ruby in color; cherries, hibiscus, and cloves on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like raspberries, tart cherries, and wet slate with a long finish. Nellie doesn't like it (she says it's tart and chimically), but I love it. — 6 months ago
Good. Hard to get this type of beer made well. This is not woodsy or muddled in grain. Good, rich, balanced. — 2 years ago
Very easy sipper. Not overwhelming on the sweetness. But not overly dry either. — a month ago
Great wine, lovely passion fruit notes — 5 months ago
Nice very nice but is it worth double Bullet or Makers Mark. Every one should try at least once in their lifetime though — 8 months ago
One of the few times I gave a wine time to open up and decanted it. Very smooth and even my husband enjoyed a few sips (not a wine drinker). I have a few bottles of 2019 and am wondering how they will compare — 4 years ago
A cherry and plum, tobacco, mocha and vanilla. Very good, rich and tannic. — 2 months ago
Jack London’s hearty legacy. Fine Zinfandel. — 4 months ago
Dark purple; a tight nose leads to woodsy, cedar box and slight smoke. Full tannins give way to dark brambly fruits like blackberries and currants. It lingers as a fine wine should. A gem from Kenwood. 2005 a fine vintage. — 9 months ago
