A grand cru BdB that’s usually a blend of 2 vintages. The latest release is 66% from 2018 and 34% from 2017.
Nice mix of stone fruit and citrus fruit, bread dough, white flower, and light ginger spice on the aromatic nose. Would like a bit more entry on the soft delicate palate. 5g/l dosage is about right for my taste. — 3 months ago

Exceptional. Our guests loved this from the first sip. this wine paired beautifully with with the salty latkes and sour cream appetizers we served. It was just as magnificent with roast salmon, and a butternut squash with maple-Serrano glaze. Depth, brightness and all-around delicious. — 2 months ago

Opened about 30 minutes prior to dinner but no decant. Served slightly chilled. The 2016 “Blanche” pours a deep straw color with medium viscosity. Developing with notes of ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, nutmeg, white pepper, minerals and cotton candy. On the palate, the wine is dry with lower acid. Confirming the notes from the nose, the finish is medium+. This is a wine of impeccable texture to match the king crab legs with dinner. Drink now through 2031. — 4 months ago

Good yummy wine. Good alcohol content. Peach nodes and sweet but tasty. Might be better than green wine. Pairs with undercooked peas 🪐 — 4 days ago
