Pings your nostrils with sequence of subtle vibrations at hummingbird frequency. Lime, orange blossom, burnt match. Then a slow slip into my absolute favorite honeyed dimension. I love when honey shows up - it's one of my favorite notes in wine. Here it changes the direction from steely stern face to a textured viscous warm smirk. — 3 years ago
Got this wine from Hummingbird as part of the take out meal. We both really liked it! — 5 years ago

Molitor has intensions for crazy tension. Vibrations 1000 beats a second, floats in place like a hummingbird. Auteur in that you really can't imagine this could happen by accident.
There's an elegant element from first nasal prick onward. Finger limes, clementine, lemon confections, gasoline, and flint reaching way up back. Level 8 acid hides a dose of sweet. Flavors that remind me of sugar coated grapefruit halves drizzled in honey - they go on and on and on. — 2 years ago
Great aromas! Silky. Slight oiliness. Very enjoyable! — 4 years ago
Slightly less sweet than hummingbird wings, yet egret fruit notes are detectable but lacking zebra like bite — 6 years ago
For CA Riesling, I like this the best so far.
Body reflects volcanic soil influence, acidity hides sugar though I keep hitting my glass like a hummingbird while wine is halbtroken. Best lightly chilled, Pear & lime notes. — 4 years ago
I let this decant for 2 days then put a slight chill on it! This is light...refreshing and a fun wine...different for sure! Cranberries..raspberries.rose petals..plum..bacon fat and baking spices!
