$50 for 2016 vintage. Needed a reconsideration. Red fruit continues on and on in the finish, allowing wondrous sipping throughout the evening — 3 months ago
First bottle of honeymoon wine at the Mark Hopkins InterContinental In San Francisco! It smells like the best piece of baked brioche bread, the crust specifically. Surprisingly light on the bubbles, almost a pet-nat level of effervescence, but the flavor is straight acidic red fruits, with strawberry and some lemon citrus, and a delicious dry finish. The finish is also mouth drying, but all mineral driven. Very enjoyable pre-dinner sparkling! — 2 years ago
Same bottle we drank on our honeymoon at cavas. Cadus seems pretty hard to find now :/ — 12 days ago
Good everyday table wine. Light in the glass, no legs. — 4 months ago
Great wine to catch up with friends. — a year ago
65/35, Colombard/Chardonnay. Bright, floral, citrusy. $38, feels like it should be $28 but it’s good. — 10 months ago
My favorite wine experience--a complex, dry, but palettable red alongside the nicest dinner on our honeymoon: a many-course meal across from Paul Revere's house in Boston. Tough to beat. And until it IS beat, it'll remain a 10. — 2 years ago
