This is an incredible dark German beer. You can only get it at one place...Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth, MI. I wish I bought more. Far superior to day a Heineken or Hofbräu dark. — 9 years ago

Do you like Hefes /unfiltered Wheat beers? This one is in my top 5 for Hefeweizens. Wonderful bouquet, a hint of citrus and another quality German beer adhering to their purity law of 1516. I first discovered this at Lawry's in Beverly Hills. Since then I've found it's very hard to find in any restaurant. I've resorted to buying it at BevMo or Total Wine.
