Refreshing but no complex nose or taste. Maybe that's what hefe Weisse should taste like.

Do you like Hefes /unfiltered Wheat beers? This one is in my top 5 for Hefeweizens. Wonderful bouquet, a hint of citrus and another quality German beer adhering to their purity law of 1516. I first discovered this at Lawry's in Beverly Hills. Since then I've found it's very hard to find in any restaurant. I've resorted to buying it at BevMo or Total Wine. Well worth the trip!
