Mmm, delicious. Altesse is likely my favorite Savoie white. While I live how Jacquere can almost have this ethereal quality to it, very pure mountain air kind of feel, Altesse brings this weight and depth which is really intriguing. This 2016 is just starting to show a little oxidation, but in a gracefully aged sort of way. Apple skin, delicate white flowers, slight brioche, lemon zest and loads of minerality on the finish. Delightful. — 5 years ago
Previously had the 2015. This was slightly more off-dry than dry but still excellent. — 6 years ago

Chilled. White pepper earth raspberry. Slightly acidic but great for grilled food — 8 years ago
First dry them a round sweetness. Pairing with a pumpkin curry. Will buy a case next time. — 6 years ago

Smooth dark and delicious! Almost like an unsweetened berry pie! — 4 years ago
Really great! Smooth and deep and ready to drink. Would@definitely get again same notes as a cab from sequoia frogs but less alcoholic and tanic — 5 years ago
Picked up a split of this because all my .375 empties got accidentally thrown out (I use them to store unfinished bottles in the fridge). So I was mostly after the bottle itself but what’s inside happens to be superb—lime, apple and floral notes with fine but not hard edged limestone mineral character, softened perhaps by the clay component of the terroir. I Sancerre-ly enjoyed it! — 6 years ago

Solid product, but lacks depth. Heat is pleasant but not overpowering. The vanillin on the other hand is overpowering. — 8 years ago
Sacré glouglou, la bouteille semble toujours trop petite — 8 years ago
