One of the first natural wines I ever tried; always a delight to drink again. Tart citrus, a touch of wet dog? — 2 months ago
Brilliant and complex wine. Personally i couldnt find any hint of sauvignon blanc on the nose and it reminds me more of a chardonnay. Great use of wood and acidity. Will improve in the coming years. Highly recommmend! Served with roasted cauliflower soup — 4 months ago
Blend of 50% Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc, 15% Gewurztraminer, 22% Pinot Gris, 7% Riesling and 6% Muscat. Aromas of fresh white flesh fruit and floral notes. On the palate flavors of pear and apple with notes of white flowers. Medium finish ending with fresh fruit with floral character. — 9 days ago
Over ripe orchard fruit, some acid, cider notes, very good with bun thit nuong. — 5 months ago
Year in and year out it’s just great and worth the money. 2024 is no different. — 2 months ago
Quite nice Pinot Gris with Pat’s salmon. Also nice with chicken stir fry — 2 months ago
A nice easy Pinot Gris. We had it with a pesto salmon dinner and it was a perfect compliment! — 4 months ago

Saline, dry, red berry, citrus rind, bitters. Very nice, but I prefer a little more fruit and a little more French. With the first grill of the season! Charred salmon, asparagus, corn on the cob, and strawberry tomato and watermelon salad — 17 days ago
