At the shadow of mount Etna comes this Bianco made from 90-100 years old vine, medium golden color with nose of white lily, hard cheddar cheese, white peach, pear, honeydew, white pepper, and star anise, medium body with good acidity, tastes of saline, sunflower seed, yellow plum, sliced raw almond, cut grass, green pepper and Mineral, long and elegant finish, very complex with beautiful structure. — 6 years ago
