First experience with FX. His reputation jaded my initial thoughts with a combination of the wine being a little too cold. Once it warmed up, I got great body for it being a lighter style. Nice herbal note with trademark Gruner white pepper. The fruit was more on the melon side.  — 2 years ago

Good to have these types of wine because it introduces me to other regions. A vegetal flavor profile with pepper, asparagus and other funk. Not the fruit bomb of a CA Malbec but still have the subtle berry flavors coming through. — 4 years ago
