Very Brett ridden. Interesting fruit still showing but light and old world feeling.

I had the 2019 Carbnet, and yes it needs to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes to open up. Tobacco stands out immediately for sure. You can taste leather, tar, black pepper, and cassis. The ‘16, ‘17, ‘18 make a good collection to keep for true wine hobbyists.

An intense and delicious wine. A deep purple color with loads of blackberry, plum, and blueberry. Exceptional right now.

2012 vintage. Dark cherry and chocolate, some woodsiness on the nose. Dark dried fruit, balanced tannins and hint of leather on the palate.

I'd call this an occasion wine. It's complex, rich, and dry. Chocolatey with dark fruits.
