Apples, pear cider, roasted nuts, and a touch of yeast. Amazing Petnat. One of those wines that keeps you coming for more and more and the bottles gone in the blink of an eye. ;) — 8 years ago
Purchased a bottle from the reserve list at the winery earlier this year. Consumed with miso sablefish and lentils with cherries and basil. Rich golden hue, cloudy honeycomb-like. Nose is like dried leaves and cider mill, fall like aromas. Hints of petrol & citrus. This just explodes with bitter apricot, citrus, intense acidity. Complex layers keep coming. Orange juice and zest in a sweet morning bun. Oxidative nuttiness like toasted salted almonds. Super long finish. Amazing stuff. — 4 years ago
Super solid unfiltered Brittany cider! Green and yellow apples galore with a bit of hay, some yeastiness/funk that almost reminds me of kombucha, a bit of savoriness and a bit of wild floral character. Super refreshing despite lacking a lot of the acidity I've come to expect in wines, although there's definitely more acid than your average run of the mill hard cider. Drink chilled in hot weather for a wonderfully cooling, relatively low alcohol treat! — 8 years ago
Candy apple, very floral, very fragrant, very enjoyable. Tastes like apple cider with rose petals in it. — 8 years ago
Not overly dry or sweet. Great cider to have dinner with — 5 years ago
I have been lucky with the quality of wines I have been drinking lately. Turning into a fan of Italian Sauvignon Blanc. I had this with dinner but also went well with a donut from the cider mill. Thanks again @Todd Abrams. This is awesome. — 7 years ago

Mature, dare I say Asparagus. No more full cider mill of fermenting apples-Robinettes in GR — 9 years ago

Yup! Dry dry dry, the Yarlington gives it some white pepper, faded papery texture from the dabinett and a little more body than pure dab. The whole range could use a touch more fruit concentration. — 7 months ago
