Bright golden color. Aromas of tropical fruits, white flowers and sea spray. The palate leans more toward pear and unripe peach with a pleasant herbal note on the finish. Mouth filling texture, medium body and crisp acidity. There is a bit of weight (pleasant) but it’s not over the top. This PG from Lis Neris a cut above - when you add some bottle age, wowza! Lemon oil mingled with minerals and stones, just a touch of some yellow orchard fruit and maybe some white flowers, but just a whiff… silky on palate, taken on some weight, and just so much minerality. NOSE: minerals and bitter chocolate. Old books. Dried fruit - orange peel. Some of the typical Rioja spices (clove etc).
