Refreshing weight at such low abv. How? — 2 years ago
These wines provoke the most conversation out of any NY producer. So much character from such low abv. Total conundrum. No underripe notes at all. — a year ago
Straw yellow with a slightly more golden bronze hue.
Yogurty aromatics. Creamy. Bready. Or like peach custard. Or egg tart.
Wow. Zippy. Nice mousse. Honestly reminds me of champagne ha. A pet nat with notes of champagne. Bready. Yeasty. But reserved. Good acid. Luxuriant bubbles.
Might make it into the next wine club tasting I think! — 7 months ago

So, this is Agathe’s top cuvée of Sylvaner (which I’ve heard is one of her favorite grapes) grown in the Grand Cru “Zinnkoepfle” — the problem in Alsace is that Sylvaner is not considered a “noble” grape, and thus this wine is “Eminence” rather than identifying the vineyard site. With that said, spicy aromatics, floral and ripe white stonefruit aromas and flavors, great acid balance adds depth and complexity, super fine Alsatian Sylvaner!! — 4 months ago
