Favourite from the Waimea Estate. Full and fruity, taste lasts long on the palate. — 6 years ago
Still great after some aging! Drank on Waimea beach in Hawaii with Tiva as part of our anniversary vacation. A nose of ripe red fruits and a bold palate of cranberry and raspberry, with a mineral driven undercurrent. Delicious, slightly acidic and worth the wait. — 3 years ago

Taken to Merrimans in Waimea on the Big Island. Darkish tawny, not quite opaque. Notes of black cherry, tobacco leaf, cedar, plums, cigar box and some spice. Super silky. Paired perfectly with my ribeye. The waiter said it best, “Oooh… Yummy!” — a year ago
