This wine was fabulous! I loved the beautiful violet hue, and typical characteristics of a Malbec. I paired it with Sirloin Tip Steak and "smash potatoes." The meat was marinaded overnight in a Teriyaki marinade. The beautiful fruity and acidity with the meat was simpy wonderful! I would highly recommend this wine for entertaining or whenever you're having a dinner that includes, beef, lamb, and or poultry, as this wine pairs super well with! — 2 years ago
