Perfectly typical for PF SB. Mineral flint, smoke. Medium minus body. Not thin. Enjoyed! — 2 years ago

Smells like lime, gentle cream, and chalk - almost like a mild cheese. Tastes good - green apple, lime, slight chalkiness. Crisp. No off flavors. Fine deal for the $10 I paid (marked down from $20). I could really see this with goat cheese. — 3 years ago
One of my favorite GSM blends. Gloriously rich and spicy. Still years of life left. — 2 months ago

Drinking well. Slightly sherry / honey but less than you’d expect for the age. Solid bubble but lacks the complexity of its pairing — a year ago

Tasty citrus, melon, crushed sea shells, and some white flowers. Plenty of acid to balance out a hint of cream. — 8 days ago
