This is one of the best whites I have ever had! It’s hard to find so I have to go back to the same place for it. Very crisp and refreshing. No harsh minerality like in some whites. Slightly zesty with pear and lemon on the palate. — 3 years ago

I’ve had very mixed experiences with wine from the Canary Islands one day they taste delicious and then the next they are on the stinky side which some attribute to the volcanic soil... but this one is definitely one of the best I’ve had. Very Chablis like (immense minerality) with just a little bit of a reductive nose. Delish with chirashi 😋🍣 — 5 years ago
