Adore the pineapple taste that shines through. It paired well with Marcona almonds and havarti on a board. — 4 years ago

Fruit forward Bordeaux. A lot of green pepper notes. Guessing this one has quite a bit of Cabernet Franc in the blend. Quite young. Tastes a bit “ New World-like” — 5 years ago
Cava GR brut nature molt aromàtic, tocs fruita dolça i flors blanques, fonoll, un punt de vi ranci i fonoll. Color groc amb un xic d’evolució. Molt bo en boca, elegant, omple, bombolla petita, acidesa alta, sabor de poma al forn i un punt de sequedat en boca. Llarg regust amb un toc amarg molt al final. 17€ Rcp molt bona! — 7 years ago
Still wildly young, needs serious air. Very dense fine-grained stucture, blue fruit, hot stones, cedary. Drinking well bit likely has the stuffing for a very long haul (30+?). To cellar. — 2 years ago
This was quite nice with lots of brioche and yeast flavors. Maddie in the traditional method with 100% Mauzac. — 4 years ago
Dry, delicious. Refreshing tiny bubbles. Would buy again. Paired well with salty spicy grilled chicken n cashews, grilled pineapple. More than perfect for the price. — 6 years ago

Conservatòri, 100% Mauzac Blanc. My first encounter with this heirloom varietal. Dry to slightly off dry, rounded mouthfeel. White floral, lime, underripe lemon and underripe orchard fruit flavors. Mineral finish. Refreshing and different. Medium body, acid, alcohol. Vanilla-like aftertaste. Some lactic character in the finish emerges after 30 minutes.
