Fleur de Mer

Côtes de Provence Rosé Blend 2019

I’m picky with my Rosé because I’m not a big fan but this one is pretty good! Evidently lavender flourishes in this region along with the Mediterranean Sea which influences this wine. Paired great with a shrimp boil on this beautiful day! — 6 hours ago

Same here, sometimes it's refreshing given the situation (mostly summer weather) but can't imagine to rate any rose anything higher than 94

@Jan A i agree. I have to say that I really do enjoy a Rosé of Pinot Noir though!

Château La Fleur de Boüard

Lalande de Pomerol Red Bordeaux Blend 2000

Super structured, elegant, fruit-forward. Not a tremendous amount of complexity for a 20-yr-old wine, but highly enjoyable. Probably could use another few years. — a month ago

Fleur de Scène

Grand vin de Bordeaux Blend 2015

From ETS Martin in late 2019. (Laura Christmas gift to John, after 2017. Had 2015 on 4/24/2021. Very dark opaque at center, magenta at edge. Forest berries. Bubble gum. Overripe banana/butterscotch/pecan bread. Tannins strong, overpowering front and middle mouthfeel and taste. Glorious lasting finish, breathing out for minutes (would that be alcohol?). All Merlot or some Cab franc? Velvety like right bank. — 22 days ago

Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 2018

2018 vintage. This estate is on a high, reflecting in this second wine. Although it is 90% Merlot it displays black rather than red fruit and a serious structure. Already very attractive, but should age well for up to 10 years. — 2 months ago

Liberal La Fleur De Haut Bages Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

Slightly lighter body, good fruit, tannin a little strong but enjoyable, nicely integrated oak, tasted like partial stem to offer some vegetal notes. Really nice drinking! — 8 days ago

Domaine Finot

Fleur de Vigne Crozes-Hermitage Syrah 2019

A crunchy Croze. The colour is superb with purple-grenat tones, brilliant and deep. Open and charming nose of red and black fruits. On the palate, the aromatic palette is wide: crunchy fresh fruits, accompanied by the typical floral and peppery notes of Syrah; mineral notes of graphite evoking Malbec (at blindly one could misunderstand), well-contained mentholed herbaceous notes. A bold and smoked side giving consistency to tasting. Digestial and easy to drink. It's drinked with two bottles! Curious to see how it would evolve over 3/5 years in the meantime, it's delicious.
