2022 vintage. From a 2 hectares plot on a hillside oriented to the West. The soil is clay on silex on cray. A rather powerful Sancerre, very mineral, with an exemplary purity and tension, culminating in a long peachy-stony (if that makes sense) finish. Abv. 13,5%. — 8 months ago

2022 vintage. The 2022 vintage has just been released for most of the Fouassier Sancerres, and you don't want to miss out on them. The Clos de Bannon is a 3 hectares vineyard with a clay on flint soil with southeastern exposure. White peach and flowers. In the mouth, it features bright white peach fruit, subtle herbs, juicy acidity, and culminating in a long finish with ripe pomelo and fresh spices. — 8 months ago

2022 vintage. Produced from 35-55 years old biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir vines. Indigenous yeasts. Aged in barrels for about 12 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Less extracted than the 2020, which is a good idea. Raspberry and violets. Smooth and elegant, with bright raspberry fruit and velvety tannin. Abv. 13%. — 2 days ago
