The Clos de Bannon is a 3 hectares vineyard with a clay on flint soil with southeastern exposure. White peach and flowers. amazing pinot noir with some bubbles, strawberry and cherry flavors. it’s light, bright and slightly fizzy. i had alone and with charcuterie. great either way. i purchased at foderol, a wine bar and store. — 2 years ago
