2019 vintage " Les Chailloux". You can't go wrong with these guys. On 59 hectares of biodynamically farmed vineyards they make 11 different white Sancerres, 10 from single vineyards and 1 blend. All wines are vinified in the same way, so this estate is like a candy store for wine lovers eager to try to understand the different terroirs in Sancerre. Les Chailloux is a hillside parcel oriented to the west with a clay and silex soil upon chalk. Citrus fruit combined with an intense minerality and floral notes. Bright mouthwatering fruit and acidity with a long almondy finish. Highly recommended. Abv. 13,5%. P — 3 years ago
