Revisiting Spotted Cow for the Labor Day weekend. Naturally cloudy, some yeast left in the brew for richness, and a slightly fruity flavor.

2012 vintage. Opened on 11th November 2019. Deep earthy, dark coco, wood, floral. Strong tannins, lemony. Long finish. — 4 years ago
A favourite of mine. This English lager is smooth, with a subtle malt flavour that has the slightest hint of fruit. Brewed using Saaz and Cascade hops it is in its finally stages re-fremented with champagne yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops.
