More depth of flavor and texture than I expected for the price — 10 months ago
Deep purple in color with a tiny purple rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, sweet plums, cooked cherries, oak, light vanilla, tobacco leaf, earth, dark chocolates, black pepper and Mediterranean spices.
Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with currants, plums, cherries, sweet raspberries, spices, cedar, chocolates, tobacco leaf, licorice, herbs and peppercorn.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a delicious Petit Verdot from Lake County in California. Big, bold and spicy. Feels like a Napa Petite Sirah.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel and a teeth staining color.
The mix of black and red fruits is very interesting. Tangy and rich.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime. Drinking very nicely now, and will continue to age in the next 5 to 7 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with food.
Organic Petit verdot grapes are grown at 2,200 feet of elevation on red volcanic soil. A tiny production of only 1,300 bottles.
15.1% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

A bit dryer for a Pinot grigio; can really taste the lemon and apples. Pretty decent for the price. — 6 months ago
Best, deep red, not too fruity, but could get deeper. Very close to what I normally want for deep red quote out being bitter or to sweet. — 8 months ago
Pretty good. Very cheap — a year ago

Layers and layers of dark red fruit, raspberry, cassis. Lovely WA fruit. Well balanced tannins, elegant and lush. Gonna need to buy more. A tour de force for sure! — 2 months ago
