Liquorice and pomegranate plus strong hints of dark fruits. Amazingly juicy and spices. Full-bodied with tannins balanced by residual sugars. Definitely my taste. — 2 years ago
Pleasantly floral and fresh, the 2021 Soave Classico opens with a blend of spring flowers, lime and melon. It's silky and round on the palate, slightly oily in texture, with crisp orchard fruits and juicy acidity to balance. The 2021 tapers off with a lovely inner sweetness contrasted by a tinge of saline minerals. (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023) — 3 years ago
This is hitting the spot on a hot summer night. Crisp, with aromas of melon and honey. Not at all dry like other reviewers mentioned; it's just very bright and acidic. But, the flavors are sweet and tropical. 10% alcohol.

Beautifully round texture. Meyer lemon, sweet pear drop, lemon Meringue pie, stone fruits - peach white apricot, hints of fresh pineapple (and pineapple candy) elevated acidity, long finish. — 3 years ago
