Punchy, bodied amarone. Clocking in at 16.5% ABV with medium-high+ acidity. Leather and peppercorns on the nose, bright red cherries, more peppercorns, and a hint of cinnamon on the palate on a long tail. Very classic amarone style. Pleasantly floral and fresh, the 2021 Soave Classico opens with a blend of spring flowers, lime and melon. It's silky and round on the palate, slightly oily in texture, with crisp orchard fruits and juicy acidity to balance. This wine will straight up remind you of Pinot noir in many ways, yet also differs.

Light to medium bodied - bright cherry skin and fruit. Chompy fruit tannins mixed with sweet tart acidity , tons of saline and a fresh lip smack to bring up the end .
