Smoke & Cocoa nose! Something funky deep, decaying roses & tar ( if you will).
The palate is bright and rich, with perfect acidity to beckon another sip.
A 13 year old…I bet it has a few more years to go. As one @Delectable Wine reviewer said, we don’t deserve Barolo.
Well, here’s to undeserving enjoyment.
It has that lick your teeth & gums thing.

Cor bem rubi. Sem dúvida é um bom vinho, o sabor é bem agradável e o sabor do Carvalho bem perceptível. Mas é um vinho que não tanto odor e o rastro dele é bem curto, embora a sensação na boca seja boa após 1 minuto. Diria que é um vinho leve r amadeirado. A big rich “Barolo Girl” wine, La Morra richness, lots of extraction, and French oak vanilla. If you are looking for lighter brighter traditional Barolo, this may not fit the bill. Very solid wine nonetheless. — 4 years ago
