Interesting contrast to the Wolf & Woman. Whereas that was more classical and sunny, this is leaner, steely, green apple, and comes across more ‘minimal intervention’. Probably doesn’t even see oak. A kiss of VA early that sorts itself out with air. Slightly exotic white fruits and a fine chalkiness emerge. I will buy a six pack of this. — 3 days ago
