Whereas that was more classical and sunny, this is leaner, steely, green apple, and comes across more ‘minimal intervention’. Probably doesn’t even see oak. A kiss of VA early that sorts itself out with air. Slightly exotic white fruits and a fine chalkiness emerge. Probably a touch of skin/stem maceration. I will buy a six pack of this.
