austrian pinot noir?
it smells sweet. it tastes tannic, sour, slightly funky. it has notes of black cherry, raspberry, vanilla and oak. this is an easy chillable red to drink.
i paired with pad thai. the juicy tannic flavors cut through the rich nuttiness of the pad thai. — 10 months ago

Unfined, unfiltered Beaujolais. 100% Gamay. Not usually my style but I LOVED it. A perfect French bistro wine. 2019. — 4 years ago
i love this unfiltered rosé blend. it didn’t taste much like a rosé since it had a little more body than most rosé’s - more medium bodied. the lack of filtration gave it some nice texture. it does bright raspberry noted balanced by some gripping tannins. i am into this! i’d love to have again. i had at frog bar and haven’t seen this bottle before — 10 months ago

The nose is reminiscent of cidre fermier (farm cider) with a bit of funk at first thqt blows away after a while. The comes honey, apple and some yeasty notes. There is a bit of chalk too. The palate is honey and green apple forward, with a good acid drive, some width, some chalky notes, a bit of grip in the rear and a long persistent finish. Great stuff. We have it along mussels served with green bell pepper and chorizo and it goes super well. — 6 months ago
