What a difference with yesterdays du Tertre! Mouthfilling fruit embedded perfectly with nice acidity, long finish and resolved tannins. This one is in a perfect drinking window! — a year ago

Château Roc de Cambes

Côtes de Bourg Red Bordeaux Blend 2014

Côtes de Bourg is a Bordeaux region that many don’t know that delivers incredible wines for a fraction of the price of other regions. This higher priced bottle at £40+ sure delivers an amazing wine that would be triple in St Emilion & made by the folks from Tertre Rôteboeuf & called “the junior Tertre Rôteboeuf“ 👍 Drinking great young but will improve 😉

Château du Tertre

Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2006

Really great! Delicious blend of dark fruit, cedar, spice and tobacco on the nose. Palate is integrated, muscular and full of blackcurrant and berries combined with menthol, leather, liquorice and tea. Long finish with nice acidity and tannins that allow the flavours to linger in the mouth. Wine is dark and rich in the glass with no visible signs of ageing which I feel means there are plenty of years left in this. Highly recommend this one. — a month ago
