This is the reason I like Sancerre. Smells of lemon and citrus mixed with some melon notes. You taste the lemon and citrus at first but then quickly followed by layers of cream ... like lemon curd with less lemon flavor. Nice acid and sour notes at first but not too much. — 4 years ago
