Great wine. Subtle grapefruit flavor with a nice mineral finish. Great with spicy/citrusy food. We had it with seared ahi with chili yuzu. — 10 years ago

I seldom give a white wine more than a 9.0 (let alone an 8.5), because I'm a red bigot, but this is fantastic. Laurel and heather on the nose. A hint of lemon peel and a hint of pineapple on the front, A light tannic structure holds it together until I swallowed. With a pleasant mineral back end going down. — 8 years ago

Lovely opening, with a smooth and round taste. We had the magnum which really opened up after 30 minutes. — 11 years ago

Dessert wine as an accompaniement to an entree of Foie Gras and then, for dessert, apple tarte. Not as sweet as other dessert wines we've had but went very well with Foie Gras — 11 years ago
