This wine won’t improve anymore with age. It’s 50% Merlot and 50% Cab. The wine is typical with cassis and plum. I believe this wine from other vintages or with more youth would be pretty lackluster but this was a good effort. — 4 years ago

A blend of 50% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon blanc and 5% Sauvignon Gris, aged in 50% new oak with lees stirring for 9 months  Pale lemon with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with citrus and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apricot, apple and white peach with lemon rind and toasty nutty notes. Long finish ending crisp with fruit, oak and spicy notes.
