A blend of 50% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon blanc and 5% Sauvignon Gris, aged in 50% new oak with lees stirring for 9 months Pale lemon with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with citrus and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apricot, apple and white peach with lemon rind and toasty nutty notes. Long finish ending crisp with fruit, oak and spicy notes. Should have good short term aging.
