2016. Really very good. Very well made and ready to be drunk now. Delicious complex velvety crunch in the mouth. Perfect for early summer. Lovely very slightly chilled... don't drink it too warm. Organic too. I look forward to making it out to Cuenca to see these guys at work! — 7 years ago

They are making excellent IPAs here in Spain, reminiscent of the west coast styles of a decade ago with crisp pine and citrus notes, and a general dignity that many modern IPAs lack. Bonus points for the peacocks and the setting. — 4 years ago
