Mar 16th, 20192016. Really very good. Very well made and ready to be drunk now. Delicious complex velvety crunch in the mouth. Perfect for early summer. Lovely very slightly chilled... don't drink it too warm. Organic too. I look forward to making it out to Cuenca to see these guys at work!
