Blend of 60% Macabeo, 25% Xarel·lo, and 15% Parellada, organically-farmed, aged for 18 months before disgorgement, pale straw lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruit, baked bread notes with a mineral tang, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus, dry with nutty biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a toasty citrus floral mineral character. — 3 months ago

So good. Ready now. Forest floor. Herbs, tobacco. Dried red cherry. Background cranberry. — 12 days ago
Lovely example of what I want a Cava to be: bright, bubbly, with a mineral dryness to it. Would love to buy again. — a month ago

I generally like canary island reds ie listan negro quite a bit. This one veered a bit too austere for me. Some nice refined dark fruit and a lot of peppery herbs. Mouthfeel and finish are slightly thin, but the acid is certainly there and this still feels complete and well made. Just not quite giving enough. — 2 days ago
