Pale straw color. Aromas of lemon, honeysuckle, and fresh lime. Med + acidity, with additional notes of sourdough and green apple. Med finish. Very refreshing, great value cava!

Very pale khaki.Persistent, rapid fire bead. Very muted nose, orange blossom, carnation. Refreshing effervescence, dry, very light body, medium acid, hint of bitterness. Lemon bread and hazelnut on the clean, balanced simple finish. Refreshing and affordable at $13.

Happy Easter. Nice slightly sweet. Apples & pears. Even acidity.
