Serious wine this. Oaky with dark fruits and tobacco. Already balanced despite its youth. Definately not one of the lighter Brunellos. I loved this but drinkers seeking lithe, acidic elegance will be disappointed. — 18 days ago

Surprisingly sturdy & closed. Needs at least 6h to open.
Bright cherry, some leather, a bit of dried tomato.
On the palate this is savoury, dry, a touch rustic with pronounced tannins and bright, juicy acidity. A hint of tobacco leaf & roast on the finish.
Needs a lot of time to open but paired with beef this just sings. A delight worth aging. — a month ago
