Delicious! Definitely a top Nero for me. So smooooth. Farzi Cafe London — 3 years ago
For a twist top bottle gotta say this wine was very decent and a great travel wine! More nero than cab it was nicely balanced smooth with a bit of acidity and a nice dryness. ~16$ SAQ — 8 years ago

Very rich, excellent balance. Long finish. Great wine — 7 years ago
Balanced ice wine. Do not pair with sweet food. This is balanced delicate sweet wine. — 9 years ago
This wine is a deep purple color, very dark. It offers an extremely savory nose of black fruit and a heavy dose of tar, as well as clove and cardamom. The palate shows many of the same elements. Blackberry, plum and licorice flavors are noticeable, as are cedar, tobacco and cinnamon. The tannins are firm, but not bothersome, and the finish is long and savory. It is a beauty of a wine. — a year ago
$7 wine for happy hour at Bar Veloce, super good! Served chilled. I can taste some berries. Little smoky. No funky aftertaste. The name means “winds from Africa”. — 6 years ago

Revisiting an old friend. From one of Europe’s highest vineyards. Pure, clean citrus fruit hits you right away like a freshly melted alpine stream in spring. As the bottle warms up, unexpected tropical notes emerge - coconut and pineapple (aka nuances of piña colada). — a month ago
