Perlenzauber pale ale. Classic beer good looks. Pocky white foamer, and red gold amber. Chunky, graphic, bubble-letter, rounded slick lacing, with deep space negative image culmination. Lemon zest dinner roll nose with grapefruit skin and tangerine pith. Pineapple foam. Sweet, potato bread and sweet potato elements converge into one of the tastiest beers imaginable. Lacks the over-sweet elements of halcyon tastes, but retains the echoes of its thrills. Just yummy beer and begging for pretzels. — 2 years ago
Malty with just the right amount of sweetness. Thicker than I usually like, but not overpowering. Bavaria! — 7 years ago
German pet nat from Girl & Vine. Silvaner grape from Bavaria — 4 months ago
Merengue and styrofoam conspire on the tall, popping head which drops egg and dart to ant tunnel lacing. Pointillist plateau. Soda bread nose goes doughy with distinct yeast character, and lemon zest, uncooked cream of wheat, white potato and just-pulled garlic micro-note. Tremendous and astounding entry on sipping! This might be my ‘go-to’ hell!
Orange bread with notes of lemon; Hawaiian bread, evocations of custard and malted milk with brown sugar barley, just minus how sweet that might seem. Very beer core here with dried papaya dusting and candied grapefruit. Incredible.

Sunlight des tropiques (like a famous Belgian song) brewed in the Mons area. Session IPA with strong ananas and tropical fruit hints. The label points a variety if hops: citra, mandarina, bavaria, chinook, colombus. Perfect. — a year ago
Green gold with an ethereal arc. Champagne streamers and finest mousse. Jack Frost has nothing on this lacing. Indelibly icing. Briny nose with honey notes, golden apple, frozen plum, pie crust, arugula, beeswax, and wheat germ. Glorious hoppyness shows lemon peel, pink and white wildflower sprays ultimately superseded by a bitterness that strikes just the right tempo. There is a natural mineral impression of gold flake, pine nut, and resinous oils abound. The lacing is glued. Such complexity in the hop arrangement here. Parsley, dried apricot, tarragon, sprouts, hay, bay and even a light and zesty jalapeño. Fantastische!

Purchased in Northern Bavaria based on Anna’s recommendation. Slight sweetness, not dry, full body flavor for a white wine. Excellent!
