Huge tannins and acid like battery acid in your mouth. But very transparent, and even elegant in its intensity, so that it’s almost sensual. Nose has beach-plum and wild bluberries emerging over time. A little savory beef broth. Feel like this needs another 5-10. — 3 years ago
