The wine is heavy handed and starts off with high alcohol, it needs time to blow off in order to get a good nose.

My new summer "go to" rosé. Light pink in color with a clean nose of fresh strawberries, fresh flowers and grapefruit. The citrus notes follow on the palate combined with soft melon, ginger and a touch of herbs d' Provence on the finish.
