I was surprised by how good this was. Perfect balance of sweet, bitter, sour, and omami/funk. — 6 years ago

Beautiful orange in color. Great balance between acid and tannin. Very dry. Funk like hard farmhouses cider or kambucha. Muted tropical fruit fruit (Guava? Papaya?). Delicious and interesting. — 8 years ago
Good aroma and an amazing taste — 9 years ago

Crisp and off-dry. A delicious blend of the three fruits which deliver a great balance. Subtle bubbles providing a little play for the tongue. — 9 years ago
Honey, pineapple, peach. Some pith in the finish and off-dry overall. — 6 years ago
Won’t you take me to... funkytown. Off dry. Fall festive. — 8 years ago

Great cloudy farm style sparkling wine. It tastes a little like a dry cider but only in passing and it's great with a funky cheese. — 9 years ago
Been a couple of years since visiting the cidery. Still dry, appley, good lactic and malic balance from native yeast. Well crafted cider from a small family operation worthy of your support — 4 years ago
Crips, citrus, acid forward. Good cider that goes well with food — 7 years ago
Dry, a little funky, not too yeasty — 8 years ago

Tastes very pineapple-y, but not in a fake way. Tastes like they added pineapple juice, very good. Would get again! — 9 years ago
