Big generous aromas of peach blossom and canned peaches. On the palate, round and mouth-coating. Orange zest and rind. A bit simple considering the complexity of the blend, off-dry, but still light on its feet. Made a FANTASTIC pairing with spicy ginger and chili Thai.
